A few hundred steps from the Mohamaddan watch tower is the Octagonal pavilion 
The two storied building is significant for the similarity of the pointed arches (on the right) with the decoration on the gateway to the tomb of Khallilillah at Ashtur outside Bidar.
The motif on the left shows celebrating courtesans. The figures with the pointed hat and the pointed beards signify people from middle east - often the Arabian horse traders.
